Important Information About Delays in Trash and Recycling Collections

Due to a collective bargaining impasse, one of the County’s 5 trash hauling contractors has experienced an employee walk out which started on Friday, December 26 and has affected trash and recycling curbside collections in Howard and Montgomery Counties. Some residents may experience late or missed collections. The county and the contractor have made arrangements with other companies to assist in providing services in the intern.
